Other small (Lick 36-inch) Telescope Observing Time

This on-line form generates the CoverSheet of a proposal
for Other small (Lick 36-inch) time.
Only proposal CoverSheets generated using the online
forms will be considered by the TAC.
Complete the form on-line, review it in the web browser,
make corrections as needed, and submit the completed form.
The submission will return a CoverSheetId for that proposal. Create a PDF file containing the scientific justification. Follow the links to the proposal submission web page, and submit the proposal to go with the proposal CoverSheet.
N.B.
Creating a proposal CoverSheet and submitting the
scientific justification are separate steps.
A scientific proposal is not complete unless both steps are performed. |

The active semester is 2024B.
The Executive Assistant to the Director <assistant@ucolick.org> can control the above setting and can also answer other questions about the proposal process. The active semester 2024B is for the NORMAL process of Other small (Lick 36-inch) submission, review, and time assignment for proposals that will be evaluated based on scientific merit. Under special circumstances pre-approved by the Assistant Director in charge of Other small (Lick 36-inch), LATE additions for the current semester 2024A may still be possible. (The RESERVED semester options allow scheduling of Other small (Lick 36-inch) for special events farther into the future.) In order to be added to the schedule all of these require the submission of a CoverSheet. |
